We understand finding good renters is a challenge. Traveling nurses are not like vacationers who arrive, stay for a couple of days and leave. They are not unruly college students who littler your property with beer cans and party every weekend. Traveling nurses usually accept 13-week assignments and some have been known to stay longer.

Gypsy Choice needs rental property owners to consider housing one or more traveling nurses & other healthcare workers. Most nurses sign travel contracts through a traveling nurse agency. It is this agency that provides a housing stipend (Aka. housing allowance). What this means is you (the landlord) doesn’t have to chase the tenant around trying to get the monthly rent. Because That rent is paid either directly by the agency that hires the traveling nurse or by the traveling nurse.
